Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor sales activities to acquire new customers and generate sales leads.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet their requirements.
- β Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- β Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- - Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification or above.
- - 1-2 years of experience in outdoor sales or a related field.
- - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- - Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- - Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- - Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
- - Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
