Junior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outdoor sales activities to acquire new customers and generate sales leads.
  •  - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  •  - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet their requirements.
  • ⁠ Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • ⁠ Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to close deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  •  - Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales orders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification or above.
  •  - 1-2 years of experience in outdoor sales or a related field.
  •  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  - Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  •  - Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  •  - Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
  •  - Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
